Accountability : On time completion and submission of client projects

Key Responsibilities

To handhold new clients for smooth transition from B.D stage

To handle multiple projects and to get involved in various organization
initiatives like training etc.

To lead a large team of junior and intermediates engineers
-
To coach and mentor intermediate and junior engineers.

To supervise and assess the work and performance of your team members
and ensure that they discharge their duties properly, strictly
adhering to the quality standards.

To be
involved in various other initiates taken by the organization
like hiring, training etc.
