Consultants who meet with you
VectorShades is an engaged service provider who is with you every step of the way. We boast of a team of consultants who are veterans in the industries they represent.

VectorShades Consultants are always available for you to meet face to face to discuss and understand the precise nature of the work assigned. Our consultants come and sit with you to understand your requirements and then convey it to our team so that there is no error in communicating your needs. Once the job is done, the consultants review the drawings to assure the quality and adherence to codes and standards.

VectorShades presents two production models to ensure a seamless workflow between the provider and recipient of services.

Studio Model
This is for clients who require a dedicated team to service their needs exclusively: We call this the Studio Model. We assign teams to each such client comprising the number of people requested by them. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to that team. , This team works as the virtual Studio of the client and the team is managed by the client’s Project Manager in terms of work assignment and schedules. This method assures the build-up of a knowledge base over-time.

The client pays a fixed monthly rate for each resource utilized. Usually the monthly rates are more competitive than the Project Based Model’s fees.

Project Based Model
The project-based model is for clients who want to get to know us or who do not want to commit to a dedicated tram for whatever reason. Though there is no dedicated team, the VectorShades commitment to service is no less in this model.

Each client may have overflow work or special projects that they decide to delegate to VectorShades. Such work is usually billed on an hourly rate or on a flat-fee basis.
